Privacy Policy for English Tests: Boost Fluency

1. About this policy

English Tests: Boost Fluency (“the App”) is published by LingoLap, operated by Mohamed Almetwally Hamed Youssef. The App provides grammar, vocabulary, listening, topic and level quizzes. Contact info@lingolap.com with privacy questions.

2. Information handled by the App

The App does not require you to create a user account or provide your name, email address or phone number to complete quizzes. Quiz completion, unlocked sections, scores and learning progress may be stored locally on your device so the App can remember where you stopped.

The App does not need access to your contacts, precise location, messages or microphone for its core quiz functions.

3. Technical services

Google Play Services may process basic technical information needed to distribute, update, protect and operate the App, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, installation events and crash information. This processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

If advertising is enabled in a version of the App, Google AdMob may process an advertising identifier, approximate location derived from network information, device information and ad interactions in accordance with device settings and consent choices.

4. Audio and listening content

Listening exercises play audio provided by the App. Playing lesson audio does not by itself record your voice. The App does not use microphone input for its core listening quizzes.

5. How information is used

• Remember local quiz progress and unlocked sections.
• Deliver and play lesson and listening content.
• Maintain security, diagnose crashes and improve performance.
• Display and measure ads if advertising is enabled.
• Respond when you voluntarily contact support.

6. Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. The App does not provide account or quiz-profile information to other users. Technical providers process only the information needed for their configured service under their own privacy terms.

7. Storage, retention and deletion

Learning progress stored locally can be removed by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling it. Because the App does not create a LingoLap user account, there is no account profile held by us for you to delete. Third-party providers retain limited technical information according to their policies.

8. Children

The App is provided for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support message, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

9. Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards for the services under our control. Service providers may process technical information in countries other than your own. No electronic system is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, its SDKs or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
